Gap year program, Elevate, at YMCA Rockies in Estes Park offers 18-23 year-olds four-month work experience and life skills development. Participants can extend stay for another season. Nearly 50 participants from U.S. joined this year’s fall program. Program provides professional networking in hospitality industry. Next opportunity in March 2025.
